(D) THE LICENSE OF ANY NONRESIDENT LICENSEE UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH A SUBPOENA OF THE BANK
COMMISSIONER MAY BE SUSPENDED UNTIL COMPLIANCE WITH THE SUBPOENA.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Licensing of Mortgage Bankers and Mortgage Brokers

FOR the purpose of providing certain qualifications for an
applicant for a mortgage banker and mortgage broker license;
providing for certain grounds for denial of a mortgage
banker and mortgage broker license; providing for certain
grounds for reprimanding, suspending, or revoking the
license of a mortgage banker or mortgage broker; and
generally relating to the licensing of mortgage bankers and
mortgage brokers.
