The appropriation provided for
purchase-of-care in the Juvenile
Services Administration is to be
used only for the purpose herein
appropriated and there shall be
no budgetary transfer by budget
amendment or otherwise from this
program to any other program or
purpose including purchase of
equipment. All funds remaining
at the close of June 30, 1985
shall be reverted to the general
fund of the State.
