SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 159 and 160 and the subheading "Office
for the Coordination of Services to the Handicapped" of Article
41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.
