(3) Sec. 2, ch. 590 of 1959, provided that "all laws or
parts of laws, public general or public local, inconsistent with

28-1. Definitions.

(a) Meanings. [The following terms     whenever used or

referred to in] IN this subtitle [shall have]   the following WORDS

HAVE THE meanings[, except in those instances  where the context
clearly indicates otherwise] INDICATED[:].

[(d)] (B) Bonds. [The term "bonds" shall mean] "BONDS"
MEANS and [include] INCLUDES notes, bonds and other evidences of
indebtedness or obligations, whether secured by a pledge of the
full faith and credit of the County or payable solely from the
revenues of any water system or sewerage system[, as herein
defined,] which [said] THE District is authorized to issue
pursuant to Sections 28-7 and 28-8 of this subtitle.

(c) Commission. [The term] "Commission" [shall mean] MEANS
the governing body of [said] THE District.
