Further, provided that the

competitive solicitation

documents developed by the

Department of Personnel shall

include options for

administrative services only and

other special funding

arrangements. Further, provided
that the Department of Personnel,
prior to the award of the
contract, shall furnish the
Budget Committees with a listing
of the hospitals to be offered as
a choice in the second option for
review and comment by the Budget

Committees . Further, provided

that an HMO program shall be
offered to State employees.
Finally, provided that $2,500,000

of the appropriation in

individual agencies, shall not be
expended and shall be reverted.

The Secretary of Budget and

Fiscal Planning shall provide

instructions to the agencies as
to the reversion of these funds.
The Secretary of Personnel shall
cause the amount of the State
share of employee benefits, which

includes social security,

unemployment insurance, health
insurance and pension costs, to
be shown on employee pay check
stubs.

26.01.05.03  Administration of
Unemployment Compensation

The State Comptroller is hereby
authorized to pay to the
Department                                               of

Personnel-Administration of
Unemployment Compensation, funds
appropriated in various agency
budgets for their respective
shares of Unemployment
Compensation costs.
