(2)  A statement of the funds budgeted or expended on
each incomplete project in the fiscal year preceding the report;

(3)  A statement of the funds expended or expected to
be expended in the then current fiscal year on each incomplete
project;

(4)  A list of all projects that were completed in the
fiscal year preceding the report; and

(5)  A statement of the total funds budgeted and
expended on each project completed in the fiscal year preceding
the report.

Article - Family Law

4-516.

(a)   Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], the Secretary shall submit to the General
Assembly a report on the battered spouse program annually.

5-539.

(b)  The State Board shall:

(5) subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], report to the General Assembly on
the first day of each year on the status of foster care children
in this State.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 19 - Comptroller

20.

The bonds of all officers and employees of the State, or of
any agency of the State, shall be made to the State and, with the
exception of the bond of the State Comptroller, such executed
bonds shall be filed with the State Comptroller after such
approval and recording thereof as may be prescribed by statute.
All such bonds may be submitted by the said Comptroller to the
[State Law Department] OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL for
approval as to form and legal sufficiency.

Article 21 - Procurement

3-202.

(h) After bid opening, correction or withdrawal of bids may
be allowed only (1) if permitted by the regulations of the
department, and (2) upon written approval by the [State Law
Department] OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.
