(1) Submit an annual report to the Governor, TO the
Secretary, and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly; and

The State Advisory Council shall:

(1)   Submit an annual report on its activities to the
Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly;

The Executive Board of the Center shall:

(2)   Submit an annual report to the Secretary and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly.

(b) (1) On January 1 of each year, the Commission shall
submit a report to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General
Assembly.

In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this
subtitle, the State Commission shall:

(6)   Submit to the Governor, to the Secretary, and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly an annual report that includes
suggestions and recommendations for protecting and improving
physical fitness; and

(f) (1) On or before January 1 of each year, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code],
the Department shall submit an annual report to the General
Assembly.

(b) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in Part I
of this subtitle, the Commission shall:

(7)  Oh or before October 1 of each year, submit to
the Governor, TO the Secretary, and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General
Assembly an annual report on the operations and activities of the
Commission during the preceding fiscal year.
