GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE TO SUBTITLE:

Former Art. 76A, §§ 1 through 4 and 5 and former Art. 54, §§
8 through 11(a) applied to public bodies of the State and of its
political subdivisions. This subtitle includes only those former
provisions that related to political subdivisions. The
provisions that related to the State now appear in SG §§ 10-601
through 10-641.

the Annotated Code of Maryland be transferred, without amendment,
to be, respectively, Section(s) 6-101 and 4-301 through 4-316,
inclusive, of Article 24 - Political Subdivisions
Miscellaneous Provisions, of the Annotated Code (as enacted by

Chapter ____ (S.B. 50) of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1984).

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 35
and 49 through 51, inclusive, of Article 96 - United States, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland be transferred, without amendment,
to be Section(s) 6-101 and 6-201 through 6-203 7-101 and 7-201
through 7-203, inclusive, of Article 24 - Political Subdivision
-- Miscellaneous Provisions, of the Annotated Code (as enacted by

Chapter ____ (S.B. 50) of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1984).
