2. GIVING A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT A
PERSON MAY CALL TO COMMENT AND AN ADDRESS TO WHICH A PERSON MAY
SEND COMMENTS.

(B)  EMERGENCY ADOPTION.

AS SOON AS THE COMMITTEE APPROVES EMERGENCY ADOPTION OF A
REGULATION, THE COMMITTEE SHALL SUBMIT TO THE ADMINISTRATOR 2
CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE REGULATION.

(C)   FORM.

IF A REGULATION UNDER THIS SECTION AMENDS OR REPEALS AN
ADOPTED REGULATION, THE TEXT OF THE REGULATION UNDER THIS SECTION
SHALL SHOW THE CHANGES WITH THE SYMBOLS THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR
REQUIRES.

(D)   SUBMISSION TO PRINTER.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ADMINISTRATOR RECEIVES THE COPIES OF A
REGULATION UNDER THIS SECTION, THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL:

(1)  PREPARE 1 COPY FOR PUBLICATION; AND

(2)   SEND TO THE PRINTER:

(I)  THE COPY; AND

(II)  ANY NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ADOPTION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 41, §§
256F(b)(3), (i), and (k) and 256-I(a)(2) and (3) and
(b).

In subsections (a)(1) and (b) of this section, the
references to "emergency adoption" are substituted for
the former reference to "emergency regulations" and
"emergency rule or regulation", to conform to § 10-111
of this subtitle.

Subsection (a)(2)(i) of this section is revised to
clarify that the unit sends the copies to the
Administrator.

In subsection (a)(2)(ii) of this section, the phrase
"proposed adoption" is substituted for the former
references to "proposed action", "proposed rule-making
or repeal", and "intended action", for brevity and
consistency.

In subsection (c) of this section, the references to a
regulation "under this section" are substituted for
the reference, in former Art. 41, § 256F(b)(3), to
