9-704. ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS A COUNCIL ON THE STATE CAPITAL.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first clause of
the first sentence of former Art. 78A, § 14D(b).

It is set forth as a separate section for emphasis.

9-705. COMPOSITION.

THE COUNCIL CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING 3 EX OFFICIO MEMBERS:

(1)  THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE COMMISSION ON THE
CAPITAL CITY;

(2)  THE SECRETARY OF GENERAL SERVICES; AND

(3)  THE SECRETARY OF STATE PLANNING.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as the
second sentence of Art. 78A, § 14D(b).

In item (1) of this section, the proper name of the
Commission on the Capital City is substituted for the
former, incorrect reference to the "Capital City
Commission".

The only other changes are in style.
