CONSULT WITH AND REQUEST THE ADVICE OF THE COMMISSION ON ARTISTIC
PROPERTY.

(C)  FUNDS.

IN ADDITION TO ANY POWERS SET FORTH ELSEWHERE, THE TRUST, ON
BEHALF OF THE STATE, MAY ACCEPT AND RECEIVE A GIFT OR LOAN OF
PROPERTY FOR USE IN A STATE ROOM.

(D)  LIMITATION ON CHANGES.

UNLESS THE TRUST APPROVES, THE INTERNAL DESIGN AND
FURNISHINGS OF A STATE ROOM MAY NOT BE CHANGED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 41, §
408A(a), (c), and (d).

In subsection (a)(1) of this section, the former
clause "unless the context clearly requires otherwise"
is deleted as unnecessary since the terms are defined
only for this section and are used as defined.

The introductory language of subsections (b) and (c)
of this section, "[i]n addition to any [duties or
powers] set forth elsewhere," is standard language
added to state that the enumerated duties and powers
may not be exhaustive.

Property to inventory and to insure the paintings and
other art, see Art. 78A, § 52(e)(2) of the Code.
