9-603. COMPOSITION.

WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND THE COUNCIL
OF THE MARYLAND HISTORICAL SOCIETY, THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE
ON THE GALLERY OF THE MARYLAND HISTORICAL SOCIETY ARE THE MEMBERS
OF THE TRUST.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first sentence of
former Art. 41, § 408A(b)(2).

The provision of that sentence that referred to the
members "acting in trust" is deleted as surplusage.

9-604. CHAIRMAN.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE ON THE GALLERY OF THE MARYLAND
HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE TRUST.

9-605. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.

(A)  MEETINGS.

THE TRUST SHALL MEET AT THE CALL OF ITS CHAIRMAN OR OF A
MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS.

(B)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
A MEMBER OF THE TRUST:

(1) MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION; BUT
