PRESENT AT ANY VOTING SESSION MUST CONCUR IN THE APPROVAL,
DENIAL, REVOCATION, SUSPENSION, OR RECLASSIFICATION OF AN
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That 2 additional
members shall be appointed to the Queen Anne's County Board of
License Commissioners on July 1, 1984, the term of the first
member shall expire in July of 1987 and the term of the second
member shall expire in July of 1986. All other appointments to
the board shall be made for 4-year terms.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act may not
be construed to extend or apply to the terms of office of the
members of the Queen Anne's County Board of License Commissioners
in office on the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Kent County Bar Library
FOR the purpose of repealing a declaration that an overriding
State interest in the State Courts and State Court libraries
require the General Assembly to regulate matter concerning
the Bar Library in Kent County; repealing the requirement
that the Kent County Commissioners appropriate certain sums
for the support and maintenance, including salaries, for the
Kent County Bar Library; establishing a special Kent County
Bar Library account; providing for certain funds to be
collected, deposited, and disbursed within certain
limitations for the Kent County Bar Library; and generally
relating to Kent County Bar Library.
