In subsection (c)(2) of this section, the former,
specific reference to sending the list "for the
purpose of furnishing them a reference source ..." is
deleted as surplusage.

In subsection (c)(3) of this section, the former,
specific directive to "accept requests for reports
..." is deleted as unnecessary in light of the duty to
obtain the publication "on request".

In subsection (d)(1) and (2) of this section, the
former references to "catalogu[ing]" are deleted as
unnecessary in light of the broad word "index".

In subsection (d)(1) of this section, the reference to
"law" is substituted for the former reference to

"REVISOR" MEANS THE REVISOR OF STATUTES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added to avoid
repetition of the full titles "Division of Statutory
Revision" and "Revisor of Statutes".
