COPY OF A VOLUME TO EACH PUBLIC, CIRCULATING LIBRARY OR LIBRARY
ASSOCIATION THAT REQUESTS THE VOLUME IF, WHEN THE REQUEST IS
MADE, THE DEPARTMENT HAS AT LEAST 26 COPIES OF THE REQUESTED

2-1311. ADDITIONAL COMPILATION OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL:

(1) "KEEP A CURRENT LIST OF THE PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF

THE STATE;

(2) KEEP THE LIST ACCESSIBLE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY ALL TIMES; AND

(3)  BEFORE EACH SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
PROVIDE:

(1) EACH SENATOR WITH EACH PART OF THE LIST
THAT APPLIES TO A COUNTY WITHIN THE SENATOR'S DISTRICT; AND

(II) EACH COUNTY DELEGATION WITH THE PART OF
THE LIST THAT APPLIES TO ITS COUNTY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 40, §
51(b).

In item (1) of this section, the former, specific
reference to "amendments and additions" is deleted as
unnecessary in light of the directive to keep a

"current" list.

2-1312. PUBLICATIONS.

(A) LISTS OF OFFICIALS AND UNITS.

EACH OFFICIAL OR UNIT OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT SHALL SUBMIT
TO THE DEPARTMENT A LIST OF THE REPORTS AND OTHER PUBLICATIONS
THAT THE OFFICIAL OR UNIT ISSUES AND INTENDS TO DISTRIBUTE TO THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
