HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1039 It is set forth as a separate section for emphasis. (A) POSITION AND APPOINTMENT. THE HEAD OF THE DIVISION OF AUDITS IS THE LEGISLATIVE (B) TENURE. (1) FOR 1 YEAR AFTER APPOINTMENT, THE LEGISLATIVE (2) AFTER THE 1-YEAR PERIOD, THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR (C) QUALIFICATIONS. THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR MUST: (1) BE LICENSED AS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT IN (2) AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT, HAVE AT LEAST 3 (3) WHILE IN OFFICE, BE COVERED BY A SURETY BOND IN (D) SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY. SUBJECT TO THE POLICIES AND DIRECTIVES OF THE DIRECTOR AND (E) FULL-TIME DUTIES.
