HARRY HUGHES, Governor

Also in subsection (a) of this section, the words
"[o]n or before" are substituted for the former,
ambiguous word "[b]y", for clarity.

The only other changes are in style.

Defined terms: "Committee" § 2-1001

"House" § 2-101 "Includes";"including" § 1-101

2-1006. ACTION BY BUDGET COMMITTEES.

THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE BUDGET COMMITTEES:

made if the budget committee is to comply with the
requirements of item (2) of this section.

The only other changes are in style.

"Senate" § 2-101
