SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

IN THIS STATE, A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL SPORTS TEAM MAY PLAY
A GAME AT ANY TIME AFTER 1 P.M. ON A SUNDAY OR AT ANY EARLIER
TIME PROVIDED BY LOCAL LAW OR ORDINANCE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all laws or
parts of laws, public general or public local, inconsistent with
this Act, are repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1 June 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Economic Development Revenue Bond Act

FOR the purpose of altering the maturity date of bonds issued
under the Maryland Economic Development Revenue Bond Act
under certain circumstances; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
