BALTIMORE COUNTY
Bill No. 114-04 AN ACT concerning Pension and Retirement - Uniformed Security Officers FOR the purpose of authorizing certain former county police officers to serve as
uniformed security officer in certain property of the county while continuing to
receive county service retirement benefits; establishing certain conditions of
service; disallowing certain credit on the amount of time served by a certain
uniformed security officer; and generally relating to the employment of retired
county police officers as uniformed security officers. BY adding Sections 5-1-236(4) Article 5. Pensions and Retirement Baltimore County Code, 2003
Bill No. 120-04 AN ACT concerning Renaissance Redevelopment Pilot Program FOR the purpose of creating a Renaissance Redevelopment Pilot Program;
authorizing the County Council to designate Renaissance Opportunity Areas;
requiring those areas to meet certain requirements; establishing that a
Renaissance Opportunity Area is a floating zone; authorizing certain zoning
requirements in the Renaissance Opportunity Area if a property in the Area has
an approved final charrette plan and pattern book; providing for the selection of
a Renaissance Pilot Project; providing for a collaborative design process;
requiring the creation of a pattern book for Pilot Projects; providing for the
approval of a final development plan and any amendments to a final
development plan; authorizing the waiver of certain deadlines under certain
circumstances; requiring a certain report; providing for the application and
termination of this Act; and generally relating to redevelopment in Baltimore
County. BY adding Section 430A Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, as amended BY adding Section 32-4-117 Article 32. Planning, Zoning and Subdivision Control Baltimore County Code, 2003
