AN ACT concerning
Design Review Panel - Review Areas
FOR the purpose of authorizing the designation by the County Council of
residentially zoned areas of the County in which residential development plans
are subject to review by the Baltimore County Design Review Panel; providing
for the process for designation of such areas; providing for the review of plans by
the Panel; providing the standards for review; increasing the membership of the
Design Review Panel: altering the composition of its altering the composition of
the review panels; providing for the effect of the Panel's recommendation on
residential development plans in design review areas; and generally relating to
the review of certain development plans by the Baltimore County Design Review
Panel.
