ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
"Article 25 - Public Works and Utilities"; to revise, renumber, add, and transfer
certain laws pertaining to the Department of Public Works, including laws
relating to the water and wastewater utilities from "Article 27 - Utilities" of the
Anne Arundel County Code; to make certain stylistic corrections; to delete
references to obsolete departments of the County; and generally relating to laws
pertaining to the Department of Public Works.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 6, §§ 5-201.2(g), 5-208(c), (h)(2), and (j), 8-104(b)(2); Article 17, §
1-103(a) and (c); Article 20, § 6-202(12); and Article 28, § 1C-110(e)
