AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Bonds Issued by or on behalf of Third Parties
FOR the purpose of providing for the manner of approval of certain bonds; requiring
the approval by the County Council of certain agreements that pledge the power
of the County to fund or seek the appropriation to fund certain obligations and
providing for the manner of such approval: and generally related to revenue and
private activity bonds and the facilities, equipment, and activities funded by
such bonds.
BY adding:
Article 6, §§ 9-301 and 9-302 to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle 3. Bonds
and Indebtedness of Third Parties"

AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Planning and Development - Contents of General Development Plan;
Growth Management Plan
FOR the purpose of specifying the contents of the General Development Plan;
requiring and specifying the contents of a Growth Management Plan and a
Long-Range Capital Improvement Program; defining a certain term; providing
the basis for certain adequacy of public facility and impact fee ordinances; and
conditioning the submission of future General Development Plans on
compliance with this Ordinance by a specified date.
