Property Tax Credit - Surviving Spouses of Fallen Law Enforcement
Officers or Rescue Workers
FOR the purpose of granting a property tax credit to the surviving spouse of a fallen
law enforcement officer or rescue worker who died under certain circumstances.

Subdivisions - Adequacy of Public Facilities for Roads
FOR the purpose of modifying the standard for road adequacy for proposed
subdivisions located on certain peninsulas; clarifying the descriptions of the
scope of the roads that are subject to the standard for road adequacy; modifying
the list of roads submitted with a sketch plan; providing for the applicability of
this Ordinance; and generally relating to requirements for the adequacy of
public facilities for roads.

FOR the purpose of establishing the Highview on the Bay Special Community Benefit
District; establishing the purposes of the District and the manner of assessment
for the District; and designating a civic or community association to administer
the expenditures of the District.
BY renumbering:
Article 6, § 2-106(f)(4), (5) and (6) to be Article 6, § 2-106(f)(5), (6) and (7),
respectively
