AN ACT CONCERNING Calculation of Density/Intensity Requirements in
Large Lot Subdivisions under Title 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County (1996 Ed.);
FOR THE PURPOSE of clarifying that total site area is to be used in calculating
density/intensity requirements for Large Lot subdivisions under Title 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws;
BY AMENDING Sections 18:l-14(d), 18:l-15(d), 18:l-16(d), 18:l-17(d),
18:1-18, 18:l-19(d), 18:l-25(d), 18:l-28(d), 18:l-31(d), 18:l-32(d) and 18:l-33(d) of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, Maryland (1996 Ed.).

Permitted Use in Certain Zoning Districts under Title 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.).
FOR THE PURPOSE of providing for Large-lot subdivision as a permitted use
in certain zoning districts in Queen Anne's County;
BY AMENDING Sections 18:1-15, 18:1-16, 18:1-17, 18:1-18, 18:1-19, 18:1-25,
18:1-28, 18:1-31, 18:1-32 and 18:1-33 of Title 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.).
