CHARTER AMENDMENT: 04-01 To adopt by resolution 04-01 and charter amendment 04-01, the results of the
petition of referendum filed for de-annexation of certain streets and properties within
the current boundaries of the "Town of Morningside". [Pursuant to Section 52-1 of the Charter of the Town of Morningside, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement). Effective Date June 28, 2004]
MOUNT AIRY (Carroll County and Frederick County) ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 32 (Properties of Frail Developers, Inc.,
and Bankers Trust Company, Trustee) A Resolution Of The Council Of The Town Of Mount Airy To Enlarge The
Corporate Boundaries Of The Town Of Mount Airy By Annexing Thereto. 6.3488 Acres
Of Land, More Or Less, Owned By Frail Developers, Inc., And 4.8803 Acres, More Or
