To adopt by resolution 04-01 and charter amendment 04-01, the results of the
petition of referendum filed for de-annexation of certain streets and properties within
the current boundaries of the "Town of Morningside".
[Pursuant to Section 52-1 of the Charter of the Town of Morningside, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement).

Corporate Boundaries Of The Town Of Mount Airy By Annexing Thereto. 6.3488 Acres
Of Land, More Or Less, Owned By Frail Developers, Inc., And 4.8803 Acres, More Or
Less, Owned By Bankers Trust Company, Trustee, Located Along The Southerly Side
Of Candice Drive, Westerly Of North Main Street (Maryland Route 808) In The
Mount Airy Election District No. 13 Of Carroll County, Maryland, And Adjacent To
Existing Corporate Limits Of The Town Of Mount Airy. The Property To Be Annexed
Being More Particularly Described By Metes And Bounds On Exhibit A Attached
