CHARTER AMENDMENT - Limitations on Expenditures
FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the Town of Leonardtown to prohibit the
making of expenditures and contracts, and incurring liabilities, in excess of
amounts available in a certain fund; and generally relating to limitations on the
power of the Town to make certain expenditures and incur certain obligations.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Section 708
[Article 7 Sections 708 of the Charter of the Town of Leonardtown, St. Mary's
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2004-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LOCH LYNN
HEIGHTS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999
Cumulative Supplement), to repeal Section 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Garrett County, known as the Charter of Loch Lynn Heights, Garrett County,
Maryland, said Section being entitled: "Enforcement of Ordinances," in its entirety
and reenact a new Section 24 in its place and stead.
[Section 24 of the Charter of the Town of Loch Lynn Heights, Garrett County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed.
