This bill increases the amount of money needed in a mining bond supplement reserve
to temporarily end a specified payment, to temporarily end a specified assessment,
and to resume a specified assessment.
Senate Bill 968, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me,
accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House
Bill 1531.
Very truly yours,
Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr.
