SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 7-409(a)(2)(ix) through (xix), respectively, of Article -
Courts and Judicial Proceedings of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to
be Section(s) 7-409(a)(2)(x) through (xx), respectively.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:
Article - Financial Institutions
12-901.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(B) "ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE" MEANS INCOME OR REVENUE FROM ALL
SOURCES. BEFORE ANY EXPENSES OR TAXES, COMPUTED ACCORDING TO
GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES FOR THE PRECEDING FISCAL
YEAR.
