(ii) [In any state or in any court of the United States of a crime that
would be a crime of violence if committed in this State, against the child, the other
natural parent of the child, another child of the natural parent, or any individual who
resides in the household of the natural parent; or (iii) Of aiding] AIDING or abetting, conspiring, or soliciting to
commit a crime described in subitem (i) [or (ii)] of this item; or (3) Involuntarily lost parental rights of a sibling of a child. (d) If the court finds by clear and convincing evidence that any of the
circumstances specified in subsection (b) of this section exists, the court shall waive
the requirement that reasonable efforts be made to reunify the child with the child's
[natural] parent or guardian. (F) IF A PARENT CONSENTS TO GUARDIANSHIP OR ADOPTION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH § 5-320 OR § 5-338 OF THE FAMILY LAW ARTICLE, LOSS OF
PARENTAL RIGHTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED VOLUNTARY. 3-820. (c)      (2) The motion shall set forth [the]: (I)      THE facts on which the LOCAL department relied in removing
the [child] CHILD; and [the] (II)     THE identity of [any witnesses] EACH WITNESS.
3-822. (d)     On request of a local department, the clerk's office shall disclose to the
local department all addresses listed by a parent of a CINA within the preceding [9
months] 270 DAYS, for the purpose of attempting [notification of a petition] SERVICE
OF A SHOW CAUSE ORDER for guardianship [with the right to concent to adoption or
long-term care short of adoption] UNDER § 5-
316 OF THE FAMILY LAW ARTICLE. 3-823. (e)     At a permanency planning hearing, the court shall: (1) Determine the child's permanency plan, which may be:
(i) Reunification with the parent or guardian;
(ii) Placement with a relative for: 1.       Adoption; or 2.       Custody and guardianship;
(iii) Adoption by a nonrelative; (iv) Guardianship by a nonrelative; OR (v) [Continuation in a specified placement on a permanent basis
because of the child's special needs or circumstances; - 2587 -
