equipping of a warehouse building to be used by the Maryland

Johns Hopkins University - New Computational Sciences
Building. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $2,750,000 or
(ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Trustees of the Johns Hopkins University to assist in the design
and construction of a new computational science center on the
Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, subject to the requirement
that the grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this
purpose. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to
the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).............................. 2,750,000
(V) Maryland Independent College and University Association -
Loyola College of Maryland - Library Expansion. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $2,750,000 or (ii) the amount of
the matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of Loyola
College of Maryland to assist in the design, renovation,
expansion, and equipping of the library facility shared with the
. College of Notre Dame, subject to the requirement that the
grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................................... 2,750,000
(W) Maryland Independent College and University Association -
Maryland Institute College of Art - Mt. Royal Station
Renovation. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $2,500,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Trustees of the Maryland Institute College of Art to assist in the
design and renovation of the Mt. Royal Station building, subject
to the requirement that the grantee provide an equal and
matching fund for this purpose. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of
funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore

(X) Maryland Science Center Expansion. Provide a grant to the
Board of Directors of the Maryland Academy of Sciences to
