Q00B01.02 Classification, Education, and Religious Services
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005 to
provide funds for payments to local
jurisdictions for housing inmates with
sentences of more than 3 months and not
more than 18 months. A portion of the
deficiency ($14,593,236) is necessary to
cover the accumulated shortfall through
fiscal year 2004. The remainder is
necessary to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005.

R00A01.19 Home and Community Based Waiver
Services for Children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005 to
provide funds to support services provided
under the Autism Waiver (HB 99). The
program provides services to autistic
children in the most appropriate and least
restrictive environment. The funding
provided enables the State to maintain a
50% match for the Waiver, as required by
the federal government. The federal
