OFFICE OF PERSONNEL SERVICES AND BENEFITS
F10A02.08 Statewide Expenses
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005 to
provide funds for the estimated costs of
health insurance based on the most recent
health insurance enrollment period
covering January through June 2005.
Special Funds are available from the
settlement proceeds from the
demutualization of the Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company.
General Fund Appropriation......................... 1,354,051
Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is contingent upon the
enactment of legislation authorizing the
use of the settlement proceeds from the
demutualization of the Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company for health insurance
costs.............................................................. 13,645,949

Further provided that funds appropriated in
this program for health insurance costs
may be transferred to other State
