The General Assembly recognizes that the
fiscal 2005 through 2010 Maryland
Consolidated Transportation Program
includes Maryland's specified minimum
commitment to the Metro Matters capital
improvement plan as agreed to in October
2004. Further, it is the intent of the
General Assembly that the State fully fund
that minimum commitment to Metro
Matters.
