$100.000 of this appropriation may not be
expended until the Office of Information
Technology submits a report detailing the
implementation status of its recently
published State Information Technology
Master Plan. The report shall also include
specific time-lines for the full
implementation of each element of the
plan. The report shall be submitted to the
budget committees by December 1, 2005.
