General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation shall be reduced by
$162,725 contingent upon the enactment
of legislation to reduce the required
appropriation to supplement federal funds
allocated to the local Area Agencies on
Aging.
Further provided that contingent upon the
failure of a new funding formula proposed
in HB 1321 for the distribution of federal
Older Americans Act funds, $52,770 of
this appropriation may not be expended
for hold harmless grants to the following
jurisdictions in the following amounts:
