Ch. 366 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
application and fees in a certain manner within a certain period; prohibiting a
person from driving a low speed vehicle on certain roadways; authorizing the
State Highway Administration or a local authority to prohibit or restrict a
person from driving a low speed vehicle on certain roadways; requiring a low
speed vehicle to comply with certain federal standards; authorizing the Motor
Vehicle Administration to adopt regulations requiring certain equipment for low
speed vehicles; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration and the Department
of State Police to adopt certain regulations establishing equipment standards for
low speed vehicles; clarifying that certain defined terms include low speed
vehicles; clarifying that a certain defined term does not include low speed
vehicles; defining a certain term; providing for a delayed effective date; and
generally relating to standards and restrictions for low speed vehicles.

20-501.
(a) In this subtitle, "covered vehicle" means a motor vehicle for which the
Fund is required to provide coverage under this subtitle.
