Ch. 322
(c)     The members from Queen Anne's County and Dorchester County whose
terms expire in 2008 shall have their terms extended for 1 year until June 30, 2009;
and (d)     The members from Caroline County and Kent County whose terms expire
in 2008 shall have their terms extended for 2 years until June 30, 2010. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the members of the
Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College are appointed as follows: (a)     The members from Talbot County and Kent County whose terms expire in
2006 are eligible for appointment to a 5-year term beginning July 1, 2006; (b)     The members from Queen Anne's County and Caroline County whose
terms expire on June 30, 2007 in accordance with Section 2 of this Act are eligible for
appointment to a 5-year term beginning July 1, 2007; (c)      The member from Dorchester County whose term expires on June 30, 2008
in accordance with Section 2 of this Act is eligible for appointment to a 5-year term
beginning July 1, 2008; (d)     The member from Talbot County whose term expires in 2008 is eligible for
appointment to a 5-year term beginning July 1, 2008; (e)     The members from Queen Anne's County and Dorchester County whose
terms expire on June 30, 2009 in accordance with Section 2 of this Act are eligible for
appointment to a 5-year term beginning July 1, 2009; and (f)      The members from Caroline County and Kent County whose terms expire
on June 30, 2010 in accordance with Section 2 of this Act are eligible for appointment
to a 5-year term beginning July 1, 2010. SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2005. Approved May 10, 2005.

(Senate Bill 586) AN ACT concerning Maryland Summer Youth Connection Program FOR the purpose of establishing the Maryland Summer Youth Connection Program in
the Division of Employment and Training of the Department of Labor,
Licensing, and Regulation; providing that the Program offer certain paid
summer work opportunities, employability training, and career counseling to
certain disadvantaged youth; requiring funds for the Program to be used for
certain services; requiring the Director of Employment and Training in the - 1609 -
