[(6)] (7) The provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection do not apply
to the issuance of a Class B-4 (seafood restaurant) license as set forth in § 5-201(n)(6)
of this article.
[(7)] (8) The provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection do not apply
to the issuance of a Class GC (golf course) license as set forth in § 8-503 of this article.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Frederick County - Board of Education - Compensation
FOR the purpose of altering the compensation of the president of the Board of
Education of Frederick County and the other members of the Board of
Education of Frederick County; providing that this Act does not apply to the
salary or compensation of the incumbent president of the Board of Education of
Frederick County and the other members of the Board of Education of Frederick
County; and generally relating to the Board of Education of Frederick County.
