(3) (I) PUBLICIZES A REPRESENTATIONAL ELECTION OR
ENCOURAGES EMPLOYEES TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE IN THE ELECTION; (II)     CORRECTS THE RECORD WITH RESPECT TO A FALSE OR
MISLEADING STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PERSON; OR (III)    INFORMS EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTGOMERY COMMISSION'S
POLICY ABOUT LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS AND REPRESENTATION. (B) PERSONAL OPINION NOT UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE OR GROUNDS FOR
ELECTION SET ASIDE. THE EXPRESSION OF ANY PERSONAL VIEW, ARGUMENT, OPINION, OR
STATEMENT DESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION IS NOT: (1)      AN UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE; OR (2)      GROUNDS FOR SETTING ASIDE AN ELECTION HELD UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 44A, § 2-106(v). In subsection (a)(3)(i) of this section, the former reference to "the fact of" a
representational election is deleted as surplusage. Also in subsection (a)(3)(i) of this section, the word "or" is substituted for
the former word "and" to indicate that the section applies to an expression
or statement that may either publicize an election or encourage employees
to exercise their right to vote in the election but that is not required to do
both. In subsection (b) of this section, the former reference to "the provisions of "
this section is deleted as surplusage. Defined term: "Montgomery Commission" § 16-101 TITLE 17. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
17-101. DEFINITIONS. (A)     IN GENERAL. IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added as the standard
