HOWARD COUNTY
obligations of the County, controlling authority, developer and residential lot
owner; requiring a developer agreement between certain parties for such
facilities; giving the County a right of entry to such facilities under certain
circumstances; establishing the different fees associated with such facilities and
providing for their payment; and generally relating to shared sewage disposal

AN ACT amending certain requirements of the room rental tax to clarify the amount

positions from the list of Executive exempt employees appointed by the County
Council; and removing obsolete language. [Section 1.306(b)(12) of the Howard County Code -Amended]
Bill No. 14-2005 AN ACT amending Subtitle 4 "Moderate Income Housing Units" of Title 13 "Housing
and Community Development" of the Howard County Code to clarify that a
developer using the rehabilitation of existing housing units provision to satisfy
his Moderate Income Housing Unit requirements may receive credit for
providing either age restricted or non-age restricted rehabilitated existing
moderate income housing units subject to the approval of the Director of the
Department of Housing and Community Development.

under which a developer may substitute a rehabilitated housing unit for a
