FOR the purpose of amending the Zoning Regulations in order to define a
Neighborhood Car Rental Agency; designating the zones in which car rental
agencies are permitted; specifying the services permitted at car rental agencies;
specifying certain restrictions; requiring compliance with parking regulations;
and generally relating to neighborhood car rental agencies.
BY adding
Section 101, the definition of Neighborhood Car Rental Agency, and Sections
206.3.A.3.b.(14), 209.3.C.6., 210.3.A.15, 253.1.A.57, 408A, and 409.6.2., the
neighborhood car rental agency use parking requirement
