AN ACT concerning
Baltimore County Code - Interim Corrective Bill
FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors and omissions in certain articles of the
Baltimore County Code; clarifying language; providing that this Act is not
intended to effect any law other than to correct errors; restoring certain
provisions of law; providing for the application of this Act; and generally relating
to the correction of errors in the Baltimore County Code.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments
Sections 7-1-305(b) and (c), 7-l-401(a), 7-1-406(b), 17-4-105(b) and (c),
32-3-224(b), 32-3-510(a), (b), and (c)(2)(i), 32-3-511, 32-4-203(a), (c)(2),
(d), (h), and (i)(2), 32-6-108(f)(2), (3), and (4), 32-9-108, 32-9-112(g) and
