County Board of Appeals with the Anne Arundel County Code, 2005; adopting
the Anne Arundel County Construction and Property Maintenance Codes
Supplement, October 1, 2005; adopting a certain map of the tax assessment
districts of Anne Arundel County; transferring to the Laws of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland certain provisions relating to rates for certain front foot
assessments; repealing certain obsolete provisions; providing for the
construction and application of this Ordinance; providing for the continuity of
certain departments, offices, boards, commissions committees, and other bodies,
and the terms of certain officials; providing for the continuity of the status of
certain transactions, employees, rights, duties, titles, interests, interests,
licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits; and generally relating to the
public local laws of Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Public Safety - Traffic
FOR the purpose of amending the Public Works Article and the Public Safety Article
by authorizing the Department of Public Works to install official signs; defining
certain terms; establishing a list of specific parking restrictions and fines for
violation of the listed parking restrictions; and generally relating to parking
restrictions and signs.
BY repealing:
Article 12, §§ 12-3-101, 12-3-103, 12-3-107(c), and 12-3-203(b)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 13, § 13-2-301(9) and (10)
