provision regarding a certain exception to the applicability of Article 27; making
certain changes to the requirements relating to zoning certificates of use;
allowing fences on lots without a principal structure; adding screening
requirements for outside storage; adding a certain setback requirement for an
open deck; adding a provision pertaining to the expansion of certain dwellings
under certain conditions; clarifying language for exemptions from certain height

altering certain provisions relating to commercial revitalization areas; clarifying

relating to the parking of commercial vehicles in residentially zoned districts;
altering certain fees; making certain stylistic, technical, and formatting changes
to the Zoning Article of the Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended); and
generally relating to zoning. BY repealing: Article 27, §§ 27-1-101(23) and (24); 27-3-301(b); 27-3-308; 27-3-310; 27-3-311; 27-10-122; and 27-14-302; and 27-17-103 (all as amended by Bill No. 4-05)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended) BY renumbering: Article 27, § 27-1-101(25) through (116) to be § 27-1 101(23) through (114)
through (110) to be § 27-1-101(23) through (108), and § 27-1-101(111)
through (116) to be § 27-1-101(110) through (115); § 27-2-303 to be §
