SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the members
of the State Labor Relations Board shall expire as follows:
(a) one member in 2006;
(b) two members in 2007; and
(c) two members in 2009.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2006.
Enacted April 10, 2006.

(Senate Bill 11)
AN ACT concerning
Housing and Community Development Article - Housing Authorities
FOR the purpose of adding a new division to the Housing and Community
Development Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to be designated and
known as "Division II. Housing Authorities"; revising, restating, and recodifying
certain laws applicable to certain housing authorities, including laws concerning
the establishment and organization of housing authorities; commissioners of
housing authorities; duties, powers, and limitations on powers of housing
authorities; housing for military personnel; and bonds that may be issued by
housing authorities; revising, restating, and recodifying certain laws applicable
to housing authorities in general, the Housing Authority of the City of
Annapolis, the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County, the Housing
Authority of Baltimore City, the Housing Opportunities Commission of
Montgomery County, the Housing Authority of Prince George's County, the
Housing Authority of Queen Anne's County, the Housing Authority of St. Mary's
County, housing authorities in Somerset County, the Housing Authority of
Washington County, and Indian Housing Authorities; defining certain terms;
providing for the construction and application of this Act; providing for the
continuity of certain units and the terms of certain officials; providing for the
continuity of the status of certain transactions, employees, rights, duties, titles,
interests, licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits; and generally
relating to laws of the State relating to housing authorities.
