prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................. 250,000
(X) For All Seasons Mid Shore Center for Human Services. Provide
a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of For All
Seasons, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Talbot
Business Center to be converted into the For All Seasons Mid
Shore Center for Human Services, located in Easton.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Talbot County)............................................................................... 50,000
(Y) Historic Annapolis Foundation. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of Historic Annapolis, Inc. for
the acquisition, planning, design, construction, reconstruction,
repair, renovation, restoration, and capital equipping of the
Historic Building at 99 Main Street, located in Annapolis.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Anne Arundel County)................................................................... 250,000
(Z) Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hall for the
Creative Arts, Inc. for the renovation and rehabilitation of the
Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, located in Annapolis,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Anne
Arundel County).............................................................................. 100,000
(AA) Randallstown Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $152,415 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Baltimore County for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the new Randallstown Community Center,
located in Randallstown (Baltimore County)................................ 152,415
(AB) Southern Maryland Stadium. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of County Commissioners of Charles County for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a
multipurpose stadium facility, located in Waldorf (Charles
County)............................................................................................. 300,000
(AC) United Way of Calvert County. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $145,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the United Way of Calvert
County, Inc. for the expansion of the parking lot and the repair,
