CHAPTER 602

AN ACT concerning
Special Pay Plans - Repeal
FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions establishing a Special Pay Plan that
would have allowed certain State employees to contribute to a certain plan with
tax-qualified status under the Internal Revenue Code; and generally relating to
the repeal of provisions establishing a Special Pay Plan for State employees.
BY repealing
Article - State Personnel and Pensions
Section 33-101 through 33-302, inclusive, and the title "Title 33. Special Pay
Plans"
Annotated Code of Maryland
(2004 Replacement Volume and 2005 Supplement)
(As enacted by Chapter 302 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2004)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 33-101 through 33-302, inclusive, and the title "Title
33. Special Pay Plans" of Article - State Personnel and Pensions of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be repealed.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning

|
Worcester County - Caterer's License - Holders of Class D Beer, Wine and
Liquor Licenses
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License Commissioners of Worcester
County to issue a caterer's license to a holder of a Class D beer, wine and liquor
license; altering the annual fee of a caterer's license; providing that a caterer's
license authorizes the holder to provide alcoholic beverages at certain events;
providing that the holder of a caterer's license may exercise certain privileges
only during certain times; specifying that a caterer's license is not needed for
catering on certain premises; making a stylistic change; and generally relating
to alcoholic beverages licenses in Worcester County.
