(9) RECORD KEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR A
REPOSITORY; AND
(10) ANY OTHER STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES THE BOARD CONSIDERS
APPROPRIATE.
15-609.
(A) A REPOSITORY SHALL:
(1) MAINTAIN RECORDS OF DONATED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND
MEDICAL SUPPLIES; AND
(2) SUBMIT PERIODIC REPORTS TO THE BOARD ON ITS ACTIVITIES.
(B) TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SUBTITLE, THE BOARD SHALL:
(1) INSPECT DESIGNATED DROP-OFF SITES AND REPOSITORIES;
(2) INSPECT RECORDS OF DONATED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND
MEDICAL SUPPLIES MAINTAINED BY THE REPOSITORY; AND
(3) BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2007, AND EACH JANUARY 1 THEREAFTER,
REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR AND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 2-1246 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON THE OPERATION OF THE
PROGRAM.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Health Insurance Plan Revenue Stabilization Account - Fund
Transfer - Prince George's County
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of Directors of the Maryland Health
Insurance Plan to appropriate certain funds for a certain fiscal year from the
Maryland Health Insurance Plan Fund to the County Executive and County
Council of Prince George's County for the operation of the Prince George's
Hospital Center authorizing certain funds to be transferred from the Revenue
Stabilization Account for a certain fiscal year to be used for a certain purpose:
making this Act subject to certain contingencies; and generally relating to the
transfer of funds from the Maryland Health Insurance Plan Fund the transfer of
certain funds from the Revenue Stabilization Account.
