13-1111.
(b) The membership of a Community Health Coalition established under §
13-1109(c) of this subtitle may include:
(1) Representatives of:
(i) A local management board established under Article 49D, [§
11] TITLE 2 of the Code;
15-139.
(c) (1) For fiscal year 2004 and each subsequent fiscal year, the Governor
shall provide funds in the budget for the [Subcabinet] CHILDREN'S CABINET Fund
established under Article 49D of the Code in an amount equal to:
(i) The amount of federal funds received under subsection (a) of this
section during the most recently completed fiscal year;
(ii) Less any administrative costs incurred by the Department, the
Department of Juvenile Services, and the Department of Human Resources in
implementing the programs required under this section: and
(iii) Subject to adjustment in accordance with subsection (e) of this
section.
(2) The funds provided under paragraph (I) of this subsection shall he
used by the [Subcabinet for Children, Youth, and Families] CHILDREN'S CABINET to
create an interagency pool of funds to provide services to children with disabilities.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2006.

CHAPTER 244
(Senate Bill 313)
AN ACT concerning
Community Colleges - Baltimore City Community College - Governance
FOR the purpose of clarifying the role of the Board of Trustees of Baltimore City
Community College; prohibiting the Board of Trustees from participating in
certain operations of the College; requiring the Board of Trustees to appoint a
certain interim president under certain circumstances; providing that the
interim president may not be a member of the Board of Trustees; authorizing
the Board of Trustees, in consultation with the Faculty Senate Executive
Committee, to establish, modify, or amend certain policies and procedures of a
certain faculty contract; clarifying that the President is a certain liaison;
altering certain responsibilities of the President; requiring the formation of a
