                            To the Queens Most Sacred Majesty in her Maj.tys
                            high Court of Chancery Wee humbly Certifye

             That by Virtue of your Majestys Comission to us directed Impowering
       us to Examine Evidences in and Concerning a Cause depending in your
       Majestys high Court of Chancery of this province Between John Harwood
       Compl.t and Thomas Edmondson Defend.t as P the said Comission More at Large
       may appear  Wee did call and cause to come before us on Tuesday the
       27.th of November last Francis Neale John Newman & Col Thomas Smithson
       who were Nominated to us by the Complain.t & having taken their Respective
       Test and oaths on the holy Evangelist  Wee herewith send them inclosed
       under our hands and seales  And Wee further Certifye that on Wednesday
       the 30.th of Jan.ry The Defend.t produced to us Col Nicholas Lowe and on
       Munday the 25.th of this Instant Francis Neale Thomas Sockwell John
       Hendrick and Abraham Morgan all whose Tests and oaths on the
       holy Evangelists Wee likewise herewith Inclose  Wittness our
       hands and seales the 28.th day of Feb.ry in the Tenth Year of the
       Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great
       Brittain France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c.a

                                              Francis Neale aged about sixty Years On his Test
       says that about thirty years since he with others being at the Tree Wee
       are now at (And where Thomas Edmondson the Defend.t beginns for Mount hope
       heard Andrew Skinner say it was the first or Center Tree of my Lords
       Mannor and further saith not
                                     This Test taken before us this 27.th Nov.r 1711
